Ree - Ree Zone By Amber B Tyree W a.k.a Ree is an upcoming rap artist who grew up in his current residence Port Chester, New York. It was no surprise his love for music evolved while following the footsteps of his uncle EZ Lee (who acquired turntables from renowned rapper DJ Lil Jay from YO. When Ree was 7 years old he begin developing his talent as a DJ and by age 10 he was deejaying local parties in his community. At the onset of his teen years he and some childhood friends started a rap group called Baby Shadows. They tried to mimic the blue print for his cousins rap group Black ThornZ. A few years later Ree and Shadow Magnetic started putting out mixtapes featuring themselves along with local artists. In 2009 After releasing local mixtapes, (this earned him minimal success) Ree left the turn tables and started hitting the mic. On the street album If I Dont Rep My Hood the street started talking more about Ree his style of rap and his flow was something different. One year later after the success of the street album Ree and his cousin Shadow Magnetic dropped an EP called Magizzie. Succeeding Magizzie Ree put out a solo album titled Ree Zone.
