Mutton mince and potato sticks (kheema salli) Recipe Ingredients 500 gms chicken, mutton, beef, mince. Ive used chicken mince 2 onions sliced 6 tomatoes chopped 1 spoon jeera 2 spoons ginger garlic paste 3 green chillies Half spoon turmeric powder 1 spoon chilli powder 2 spoons dhansak masala Whole spices cardamom cloves bay leaves star anise peppercorns. Salt to taste. 4 spoons oil Coriander half bunch fine chopped. Making Take oil and heat in a dome bottomed vessel Add sliced onions and fine chopped green chillies and all the whole spices to the oil fry till onion is almost brown then add ginger garlic paste jeera and all the other masalas and half quantity of the chopped coriander and saute for 5 mins on simmer. Add tomato and salt to taste and saute again for 10 mins on simmer then add 1 cups or 300 ml water and add mince Then cover the vessel 80 percent and let it cook for 20 mins on medium flame till kheema becomes thick and dry if u like a bit of thick gravy then cook 15 mins on medium flame garnish with coriander Serve hot with pav and salli
