Bring healing and unity to the congregation, building up the community of faith. B. Bring fresh vision to the congregation and help us enact it and live it. C. Help create a staff and organizational structure to minister effectively. D. Find ways to help the individuals of LMIC and ECM develop and use their gifts. E. Help find ways to involve all ages and groups in the life of the congregation, and integrating LMIC and ECM.
