My 365 Mini Epiphany Im curious how others in the group feel about something. Because of the nature of 365 and needing to get images posted within 24 hrs., there are days I will post work that isnt what Id envisioned or that I would have spent more time perfecting. When I do this, Im a little embarrassed and Ill make excuses, apologize, explain... Tom made a wonderful comment that hit home: Just remember one of Julia Childs kitchen rules: No matter what happens in the kitchen, never apologize. That rule applies to so many more things than in the kitchen. I loved Julia Child when I was little. She had the best attitude and she and Tom are so right. I am going to let people have the experience theyre going to have with my work without apology. Let them make up their own minds about the image without my pointing out what I dont like. So... Im curious if others have had this issue and if they have become more comfortable with apology free sharing.
