My 6-year old daughter, brother, and his two kids (6 and 8) did - TopicsExpress

My 6-year old daughter, brother, and his two kids (6 and 8) did the Big Muddy Challenge at the Ashland Berry Farm this morning. I wore my Run 4 Meg bracelet, as I didnt want my shirt to get ruined. We had a blast (even though my daughter announced halfway through that she didnt like mud). Afterwards, my daughter and I went to her memorial for me to leave my (very muddy) shoes. I returned to running and a healthier lifestyle in January as part of the first virtual run, and todays event gave me an opportunity to reflect on how far Ive come. I never would have been able to complete this event 60 lbs ago, and I am so thankful for this group and the support that is here - but most importantly for the life that Meg lived and the way she continues to live on each and every day.
