My Adsense Account got disabled due to policy violation (Not - TopicsExpress

My Adsense Account got disabled due to policy violation (Not invalid activity) I identified the issue and rectified it, Then I filed an appeal and appeal form submitted successfully. Its been one month since I submitted an appeal but still no reply. Dont tell me that it takes time. What I want to know is I didnt get any email after that, not confirmation email that whether my appeal submitted and they are reviewing it. So what could be the matter? I believe they send a confirmation email about successful submission of appeal. Is policy changed now? Should I keep waiting believing appeal was submitted successfully OR could I have received confirmation email ??? Only Adsense geeks are requested to answer.
