My "Big View Diner" Charlotte Highway visit today was not big view, but big disappointment. First time I ate here couple of weeks ago I ordered a Souvlaki with lamb meat, which turned out to be something close to sawdust rags, with a tiny dab of tzatziki over tons of white flour sandwich bread. Unfortunately - and this is my own fault - I went there again because I was hungry and this bar was on the way home. This time I thought I was smart and ordered Chicken Wings, thinking you can not mess them up. WRONG, you can, if you overcook them until they are so dry that you barely chew them. The spicy thai dressing was not spicy at all, it was kinda sweet, and there is nothing worse than sweet if you expect spicy. And now comes the best part: I told the waitress that I am unhappy with the meal, but instead to apologize and to offer compensation in some form, she buggered off with my half eaten plate and turned up with the bill, which contained of course the chicken wings... Do you believe this?????
