My Birth Anniversary is always a bitter sweet reminder. I am forever thankful for Allah blessing me with another year of life, with my sanity still intact. I am reminded of my beloved mother, whom, without her going to deaths door, thered be no me. Though I take this as a day to celebrate another year of life, my tears remind me of my loss. As I sit here, literally crying, Id like to think that my mother would be proud of the woman I have become. I honor, Emma Dean (glad Im not a junior :-) for being the vessel through which life began for me.... Happy Celebration of the day, her life changed and she was the proud mother of a beautiful daughter named Lisa Denise (also glad, she didnt name me June, which she thought was funny and ironic, I got her sense of sarcasm too:-)
