My Brothers and Sisters, My names are OWOR MOSES. C KIBANG. I want to express my pride to this tribe the japs, we are Unique and we are common to our selves, and so we are the strength of ourselves together. Individually each one of us have areas of interest and where his or her strength is Very humbly i want to let you know that i have a serious and uncompromisable interests in politics and i have a strong believe that i cant be disgrace to the electorate/ constituency and to this great tribe. During the last elections i was a candidate for Youth Member of Parliament Eastern Uganda. It did not go well with me when i lost This 2016 am going to appear in the Municipality of Tororo for Parliamentary seat. I kindly call upon all of you members to guide me on this move.
