My Childrens favorite Homemade Peanut Butter fudge: Ingredients are: 1 cup butter 4 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 cup milk 2 cups peanut butter 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 bags dark chocolate morsels Cook Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk bring to boil 2 minute. Remove from heat stir in peanut butter vanilla extract and chocolate morsels. Pour over convection sugar in large bowl. Beat or stir until smooth poor in 2 to 8 by 8 inch dish places in refrigerator chill for 4 hours until firm. Remove from fridgerator after 4 hours cut into squares and then serve.
