My Chinese take out food SECERT! So sometimes when I just would like a break from cooking I will find myself at a Chinese take out with the family. Chinese food is high in sodium and sugary sauces. So here is my trick... I order steamed veggies and chicken or beef. I will not eat the rice, not good for you. I bring it home use my Bragg amino acids(soy sauce) put 2 tablespoons in a bowl, then a squeeze of orange, ground ginger a pinch, sesame seeds 2 pinches and graded garlic. Mix well and Put that on top of my steamed goodness. If you like heat add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Also ordering egg drop soup can be a healthier alternative, but NO fried noodles people.
