My Dear Friends: Speech is the most distinguishable or distinctive feature of humans which makes them different from other creatures on this planet. I preferred to be a ‘speaker’ when I was given the choice by my first Mentor, then the Head Master of a public school, Honorable Abdul Hameed Saleemi in class fourth. He gave me few options to choose one a Singer, Reciter/Qari, Naat Khawan or a speaker. I decided to become an orator/speaker. Why did he ask me to choose because he had full confidence and ability to make his pupils what, whatever they wished? He was a marvels teacher and truly an amazing Mentor having a huge impact in my life. I have tremendous respect for him and my close friends and relatives know this fact well that how much I do worship him. I feel myself so blessed that I have had wonderful teachers and professors in my academic career, in particular, when I was studding in the U.S. If I count them in numbers, it goes in dozens during my studies at number of different US Universities. I hereby solemnly admit that none of them made such an impact in my personality as His Majesty the Head Master Abdul Hameed Saleemi had made. God gave me life, my parents gave birth to me, all else I got from my teachers. I always pray for my all faculties but for ‘speech’ the most. I’m not a good speaker but I can appreciate a good speech. Someday, I will let you know whether speech is an Art or a Science. Now, do enjoy the pictures seeing me speaking to a selective audience. In these pictures I spoke for few minutes about Pakistan, politics, elections, judiciary at various podiums or places such as Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA, at a County Court, at Democratic Party Headquarters Washington DC., at Chicago Board of Election Office, and Fund Raising Campaign for the Governor at Illinois, USA.
