My Dear Friends, This will be my last show as the host of Africa 360 and probably one of the hardest shows that I will have to watch. My decision to resign has not be taken lightly and it has been one of the toughest choices I have had to make in recent times. This is primarily because of my commitment to bringing you Africa like you have never seen it before. I am truly grateful for the trust and respect which was afforded to me by the regular contributors to the show and our audience. The opportunity to grow and learn has been a constant feature of my time at Africa 360 and I will be always appreciative of the support, guidance, and encouragement that I have experienced during my time at eNCA. Despite my decision to leave the e family, I will always cherish my time there, as this was the place that allowed me to immerse myself in all things African and, as a result, allowed others to “See Africa like they have never seen it before”. It is with a heavy heart that I must leave, but it is in the knowledge that I was afforded a platform with Africa 360 that allowed me in a small and meaningful way to change people’s perceptions of Africa that I know I will always be indebted to eNCA. It also from this realisation that I will derive some solaces. I shall miss you all very much. I will be taking up a position at MTN, as Group Executive for Corporate Affairs.
