My Drs receptionist is a propa knob and will be getting a severe complaint made about her been trying to get in to see dr since last Friday havent had my mental health meds since Monday rang up this morn told her I need an urgent app she wont let me av one till Friday bearing in mind my Drs is also a walk in centre so ppl can walk in off the st and be seen but not me a vulnerable registered patient absolute joke the NHS in this country
