My Eleven years old daughter in Loyola Jesuit came home for long vacation and her only request from school was a mini laptop;she asked mee a question that I have not found the answer..........she asked Mummy why could daddy not get mee the mini laptop????I replied because the state is BROKe and his bills cant he paid?????she then gave mee a surprise Look and asked??Why is it then that all my Friends in CRS were able to travel abroad for vacations and also shoped for all their school Needs if the state is broke?????I had no answer but told her what my mum told mee years ago;that the kids who take 1st positions and win scholarships to Harvard are the ones who go to school without Biros and Exercise Books. Even though she was not convinced with my explanations but told mee she remembers Ben Carson her Role model. Worry not dear daughter God has destined you for greatness with or without CRS.
