My Fellow Patriots With the Kick Off for the 2014 Campaign Season Underway , And the Eyeballing of Candidates for the 2016 Presidential Race well underway , I think that We the People would be wise to perform a Post Mortem on the basic Leadership failures of the worst President in US History . The Question is where to start ? His Failure to maintain a Standard of Performance among members of his Cabinet ? His Failure to hold anyone accountable for wrong doing ? His Failure to Appoint Members of his Cabinet who actually posses the skill set for the position ? His Failure to adhere to the Rule of Law and the Constitution ? His Constant Absenteeism ? His Lack of Personal Integrity ? His many Lies and Deceptions to the American People and Congress ? These are just a few of the Basic Leadership Failures to date and I know I missed a Bunch , But as we Look ahead to 2016 we must take a moment for sober reflection , Our President is the Laughing stock of the world , We need to chose wisely who will become a reflection of our will , and represent us , and restore some of the prestige the office of President has lost , the damage is massive ! What else have I missed and what Standards and what Skill Sets should we demand of the applicants for the Top Job ? please comment below .
