My Finds from the weekend. A very short and limited hunt Saturday, where I got the 58 Rosie, and 45 D Merc. And my Sunday hunt, where I was getting iron nail after iron nail. The iron sounded really good, and I just could not leave those signals. I dont know why it rings in so high and solid at this site, but it does. I had to stop and rethink many times to change my strategy, and calm down because the iron was really ticking me off today. I was digging Wheat after Wheat like I usually do, and when the silver doesnt show up, it gets really frustrating for me, because I know i am not doing anything wrong, I am just not getting the luck part. But finally after not giving up, and being very persistent, finally the silver showed, unfortunately it was when my hunt was almost over so I couldnt build on that momentum. But anyway I was pleased with how the hunt turned out at the end. On that hunt, I found sixteen more Wheat pennies, two silver dimes, a 1945, and a 1917 S, and an old Army button that I could really use some help identifying.
