Star Plank right 10. Lifting Table (externally rotated elbows) 11. Star Plank right 12. Split Press right 13. Push-up -> Each sequence takes approximately 1 minute. -> Perform 14-18 rounds at 1 round / minute -> Continuous EMOTM: so find recovery within the positions and transitions as demonstrated. -> Synchronize breath as cued in video for optimal core activation.
