~~~My Heart Wont forget~~~ My heart wont forget, the moment of joy and laughter underneath the sunny sky of my beautiful motherland. The breeze that flows gently through my hair, time of of glory; innocent of childhood... All sadly and painfully; ended by a coup d’état .. Where hungry grey clouds overlay the sun of liberty, peace and happiness became a thing of the past.. Cold darkness and fear throughout the land... My heart won’t forget nights of torment, days of fear that shall stay with me forever.. Pain I carry within for the cries of my fellow citizens hunt me still... My heart won’t forget saying goodbye to my parents, brothers, and sister The horrible pain of separation; painfully tears us apart.. The sad look upon their faces, is a sight I will never ever forget... Sorrowfully the plane took off. I looked upon from the window above, and watched my beautiful homeland run out of sight with those I love so dear.. Tears running down my face; like a river running wild and I had no control over it. Breath taken away as I watched in despair.. I tried so hard, oh God how Ive tried so very hard: to forget and live the past behind.. But my heart won’t forget; the innocent lives that was maliciously destroyed.. In this motherland of mine; full of pain, full of tears freedom of speech abolish and people lives in fear... Liberty is gone; blown away by savage wind.. Sun of glory concealed by gray hungry clouds. Loss of hope, dreams shattered; my homeland is doomed and my heart won’t forget... Far away across immensity ocean people like me wait in vain; for the gentle breeze to blow away the power hungry clouds... So that the sun of liberty shines again upon this unforgettable homeland of mine.. I love and miss my native land in the sun and all the people I love so dear.. Sweet and bitter days will be remembered always because my heart wont forget…
