My Letter to corporate Don Pablos: My experience was very - TopicsExpress

My Letter to corporate Don Pablos: My experience was very memorable, but sadly, not in a good way. My husband and I decided to there for dinner and I regret doing so, but not nearly as much as the roof of my mouth! I was drinking my Margarita and I felt a sharp stabbing pain in the roof of my mouth. I pulled out a shard of glass! I immediately got a hold of our server and told her what had happened. She told me she would have one of the two managers come see me. She graciously took the drink and the glass shard away and brought me a fresh drink. Dinner came, dinner was eaten and STILL no manager. When our server brought us the ticket, I told her that neither one of the managers had bothered to stop by. She went and got a manger for me. He had the audacity to bend down to talk to me as if I were a child, and because I am short. He said, You had the glass in your drink? I replied, Yes, I did. and his response was, Sorry about that. Thanks for letting us know. I am appalled! This has been by far, the most unprofessional and insincere response I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Its a sad commentary that that manager was to busy to care about a patron and keeping a few bucks instead of being concerned about to the well being of a patron. What really frightens me, is just how many other patrons were unfortunately subjected to that mans selfish ways. Another concern I have is, WHERE did that that glass shard come from? if it was in the ice, I am not the only one who had the misfortune of that less then desirable adage to their drinks. This was, without a doubt, the most shameful dining experience I have ever experienced. Karen A Bales
