My Mom liked to tell the story of when she first came to this country, and was still getting to know my Dads family. My Grandpa asked her if she had seen the 20 dollar bill he had left on the baffet. She told him that she had not seen it. Flustered by what she thought seemed to be an acusing look. She nervously began to insist that it had to be around some where. Looking under doylees, and behind the baffet. When she noticed he was grinning ear to ear. "Hickups gone?" he said. Seems indeed he had cured the hickups that had been plaiging her all morning. Kind of an ornary raskal my Grampa.
