My News - Haseeb Khawaja won the case against Government. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Haseeb Khawaja won the case from the Court on permanent basis inspite of all hurdles and oppositions against commercialization of the Community Centre, the Community Centre was built at the cost of Rs. 40 Million for the people of Chakwal. Now the District Government can never commercialize Community Centre legally as according to judicial order, it will always be bound to run for only public welfare on the rule of No-Profit No-Loss. Before sixteen months Haseeb Khawaja made a case against District Government to stop the commercialization of Community Centre, because this was an illegal step of the District government, So that hearing of this case was being continue regularly and now its come to an end and Haseeb Khawaja got complete success in getting case in favour of public’s rights.
