My Opinion FIFA : In the light of the first game between Brazil and Chile, I strongly believe its time FIFA put something in place to utilize technology in order to mitigate referee errors especially when it comes to making serious decisions on goals. All with out taking away from the momentum of the game. Example, a player should be able to make an appeal for a review and it can be noted by the referee and placed as a pending decision to be determined at the end of the game where both teams can have a fair chance to review. (Say within 10mins of regulation time). If the player is found guilty then he should be penalized by a heavy fine or some sort of sanction that would only force players to make an honest review call. If its in the players favor, well that will determine the final outcome of the game. (And in this case no penalty lottery)It will provide more justified decisions that world over can see that all is fair play. If a review was allowed Brazil would have won that game fair and square and Hulk would not receive an undeserved yellow card.
