My Quickie Workout!! Get my leggings at gymstar.ca - BETTER BODIES ATHLETE TIGHTS…theyre the bomb! I didn’t have a lot of time to train myself today as I had 14 personal training clients, payroll to finish for my employees and a bunch of other things on the go. However I did have two, 30 minute breaks that I was able to quickly fit in some weights at. Here’s what I did: AM workout Squats – bar on back in squat rack 2 sets at 4 counts down, 2 second pause at the bottom explode up; pyramid up in weight 6 sets at 2 seconds down, 1 second pause at the bottom explode up; pyramid up in weight 1 drop set: 4 counts down, 2 second pause at the bottom explode up; drop weight 2 seconds down, 1 second pause at the bottom explode up; drop weight 1 second down no pause explode up; no weight pop squats to failure. PM workout Reverse Lunges – bar on back in squat rack 2 sets at 4 counts down, 2 second pause at the bottom explode up; pyramid up in weight 6 sets at 2 seconds down, 1 second up; pyramid up in weight 1 drop set: drop the weight three times for max reps; no weight alternating lunge jumps to failure. That’s all she wrote! My glutes and quads are on fire and I’m a happy girl!!
