My Response to Bayo Adeyinkas write up criticizing Ajimobis new Cabinet What a beautiful story. wel written to arouse our emotions. First the writer acknowledged the fact that the Ajimobi apointees were qualified. So, we only need to be vigilant whether they wil perform in their given portfolios or not b4 crucifying or praising them. secondly i wonder why the Bil Clintons, the George bushs, the Kenedys were Presidents while the Hilary Clintons, the George Bush Jnrs were Sentators and presidents after Husbands n fathers. just as i would have wanted the writer to answer what governance is al about. that the APC governors in the states they control have not been bringing sucour to some of our problems unlike b4? That in Lagos which was the state where the broom revolution began, youth unemployment were not reduced thru Lastma, KAI, BRT, replicated in other states as YESO, OYES, Ajumose shuttle in Oyo and Osun? that the environs of Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Ogun arent wearing a better look? physical innovative road projects across the 6 states the party is controling. People-oriented projects for that matter. Political appointments is strictly in the hands of the party in power. b4, Ajimobi was accused of packing technocrats in his cabinet, those who didnt work for the partys victory, now he picked qualified sons n daughters of those who suported his candidature we are having some form of headache. What maters is the results. that, as Ajimobi proceeds wit his admin we start taking stocks of what positive or negative changes we see in al aspects of governance, be it in education, health, security, unemployment, road and other infrastructural developements. These are what wil guide the electorate in the use of their franchise.
