My Southern Arizona offices are collecting holiday cards to be sent to members of the armed forces and veterans. I know Southern Arizonans join me in thanking our women and men in uniform as well as our veterans for their service to our nation. The holidays are difficult for hospitalized veterans and members of the military who are away from their families. Please join me in sending them a holiday card with a message of appreciation. Deadline for receiving the cards has been extended to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10.
