My Sustainable Knack of Studying English It has been about 20 days since I started to study English. Homework programs presented by the secretariat every day are so various in large quantities that I lay down some rules in doing homework. First, I work on dictation because I can finish it for a relatively shorter time whether I carry it out or not. Getting one of some homework over puts me at ease. Second, I set about writing English composition and think about content of writing in Japanese here and there. I can think in Japanese with walking, driving a car, riding on trains, working, eating, taking a bath, playing with my sons, drumming and sleeping involuntarily, that can be done without sitting in front of my personal computer. After putting my idea for writing into some shape in an hour or a day, I set it into English mentally and face the display. Third and finally, I get down to translate English story into Japanese for a long time. I am late in submitting homework about translation to the secretariat. But I don’t care about lateness because I place my own pace of life above the deadlines of homework. Every day I have many things to do except studying English, that are, for example, reading books, practicing drums, teaching my sons and so on. In brief, I have the order of priority in studying English and in my life including it.
