My Sweat Shout Out of the week goes to the mother and daughter dynamic duo of.... Debbie and Cj Kaplan!!!!!!!!!! Its always so cool to witness any family members working out together at the shop, but its even cooler to have 2 family members who push, encourage and motivate each other as much as these 2!!!! Oh, and did I mention that these ladies have moves for days... Its like theyre leading their own Zumba class every time I look in the mirror during Bootcamp!!! :) The bond between a mother and daughter who workout together can never be broken.... I cannot wait to watch them both completely destroy the scale and every other goal they set out to accomplish!!! The Sweatshop would never be the same without a CJ and Debbie Kaplan!!!!!
