My Teacher My Hero When I was younger I always thought that - TopicsExpress

My Teacher My Hero When I was younger I always thought that only like Superman and Ironman who have super natural powers could be called heroes but as I grew older? I knew that heroes are not only the people who can save you from a villain. My teachers were my heroes; they saved me from the ignorance in this world. Being a teacher is a hard work. You won’t have the dream salary you want. Face it, teachers doesn’t have a tremendous salary a month but even though their voice turn husky because of teaching all day, or they stand for hours just to teach, and even stay late at night just to make a lesson plan for tomorrow. They don’t complain and try to shout that everyone should be grateful of them. A teacher doesn’t teach because of the salary, they teach because teaching is their passion. It just gives them the vast happiness when they see children like us learn. A teacher must not only be called teachers.. I always tend to call them my second parents. I once met a teacher, she is really remarkable and I shall call her prominent. I forgot her name but I won’t forget her face... She works 8 hours a day in school being a mom on her 35 students (Advisory Class only I didn’t count all the students who look her up as their mom too) and going home on her two children trying to be a mother and at the same time a father. Can you even imagine how magnificent she is? Trying to be a mother to a huge mass of hard headed students? She loves her students dearly. Teaching is what a school pays for, but giving care and love? It is not part of the salary. But still she remains real. She is a lovely selfless caring woman. All professionals’ are a product of a wrinkled, weak, sick old teacher. I look up on all teachers; even though there are times they are being disrespect by some students they try not to explode because of their anger, that’s hard. I can’t even imagine myself trying hard not to blurt out of anger every day. Teachers make a lasting impact to our lives, they touches our hearts because of their pure care. Everything starts to a teacher. Dreams start from them and they push you for you to discover yours and they tug you and give you enthusiasm for reaching it. They teach us lessons, not only in academics but also in life. I think it is really impressive on how teachers give us something to take home to think aside homework. I always felt honoured when a teacher say that they don’t teach students, students also teach them lessons. Cool right? You also teach a teacher even though you are hard headed and a silly child? Teachers are heroes that aren’t well acknowledged because we got tons of them. I’m pretty sure, that one day as you lay in your coffin and as you breathe your last breath. You will remember all your teachers who taught you lessons that you used in your life and thank God for having them in your life. They may not be Superman, ironman, or wolverine whom I idolize so much. I would always remember them, for they already left a mark in my heart and minds. I couldn’t even describe how lovely, amazing, splendid they are. Mere words won’t express how magnificent they are. Spreading love, knowledge and morals in life are their powers. They are over qualified to be called a hero. After years of tough works, they deserve to be loved and respect by us. HAPPY TEACHERS DAY PO
