My Thought Of The Day: “Leaders are born”. It is the birth of Child that turns a true parent into a leader. A leader who wants more and better for their child then they themselves have had. A true parent accepts that insurable interest and invests heavenly that endeavor. True leaders lead by examples by showing and helping paint that child’s vision of possible futures filled with hope and love by mentoring them with passion, principles, honor, discipline and wisdom. It’s the respect (not fear) in their eyes when they look at you, listen to you and follow your lead because they have faith and trust in you. Your children will also see this based on how you carry yourself and how others respect you as well. We must ascend to the highest level of leaders as Patriarch and Matriarch. That ascension comes from the respect we earn from others. Thank you to the many Leaders that I personally know, respect and continue to surround myself with.
