My Top 5 Current NFL QBs: 1. Ben Roethlisberger. Am I biased - TopicsExpress

My Top 5 Current NFL QBs: 1. Ben Roethlisberger. Am I biased because hes a Pittsburgh Steeler? No. Hes just simply got it all and, man, is he fun to watch play. Hes got the mind for the game. Hes got the rocket arm. Hes got the legs to move in the pocket and scramble for those 1st downs. And most importantly... hes got that swagger :) I wanna party with this dude! Oh, and hes a WWE Superstar... well, sort of... https://youtube/watch?v=Zog3HHxKXek 2. Tom Brady. I used to hate this guy. I mean, couldnt stand him. Plus New England havent won a SuperBowl since they were caught cheating but... yeah, we can joke :P But playing QB myself I think I related to Tom Terrific the most (no, Im not saying Im a Hall-Of-Fame caliber player). I think I felt I had that chip on my shoulder like he did. Getting passed up for other players over and over again while bustin my butt each week and knowing in myself my own ability. But, if I was drafted in the 6th round, I wouldnt be crying, Id be partying, but dont tell the scouts. This guy never quits either. 3 rings and he still wants to be better, still believes he has something to prove. And this guy shows emotion too. Ask the Galway Warriors , I get emotional a lot :P Thats just how I play the game. Plus, I think the guy is just a nice guy. Maybe I was a little biased with my #1 pick above. Sorry, Tom. https://youtube/watch?v=1_w_VAegYdw 3. Peyton Manning. So Peyton is the greatest QB to ever play the game... when nothings on the line. Hes a little more mortal when the pressure is on. Dude only won a SuperBowl when facing Rex Grossman... enough said. But the guy is a genius and watching him play is always a pleasure. True greats make it look easy, but I think Peyton has the pre-snap knowledge to audible and actually make it easy for himself. This dude is going to be one heck of a coach too. Plus, if you get a chance, check out some of the pranks he pulls. https://youtube/watch?v=2Mp59nuBwIg 4. Aaron Rodgers. I loved this guy when he was about to take over for Favre. Ive never seen anyone play quite like him. Hes got such a cannon arm but also the touch for those tough throws that have to be put in just the right spot. Learned a lot watching A-Rod play. If you could have any QB to build a franchise around, I think Id take Rodgers. He does seem a bit strange, though :P rodgersphotobomb/page/4 5. Russell Wilson. Yeah, he screwed me in fantasy. But in reality, hes pretty good. This guy is the exception to the rule when it comes to playing college style offense in the NFL. Yeah, others have had success, but for a limited time. Wilson continues to produce. Half the time he does the Madden trick where you just roll out right and hit an open receiver for easy yards. I guess Madden is realistic... still sucks though :) My only gripe with Russell is that when he speaks (at press conferences, on the sideline, in interviews) he says all the right things but he just comes across a little fake. I choose to believe him but it is funny. https://youtube/watch?v=KAFbGfEXyeU
