My Vanuatu Holiday/Wedding Both my husband to be and I were meant to go on a 14 night Cruise on the Pacific Jewel around some Pacific Islands but it got cancelled, so we decided that we would fly over to Vanuatu and spend 8 nights there. On the 18th November 2010 we arrived at Sydney International airport to leave for our first overseas holiday together. We flew Air Vanuatu and I was amazing. It was my first time on a plane and I was so scared, but I decided to have a look out the window and I was amazed at how beautiful it was. When we arrived in Vanuatu I was so excited and probably a bit silly as I was the first one to jump of the plane, and first to check in. Once we got all our luggage and went through customs we got into our transport and went to our resort. We were staying at Sunset Bungalows. When we arrived and checked-in. We got taken to our room. Our room had huge sliding doors and when they opened them I was so surprised that we were right on the water and it was amazing. The people at the resort were just beautiful and so friendly, the owners were from Australia (Past owners now). On the 22nd of November we got married at our Resort and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. Our photography took us to another resort to get pictures and it was just like looking a picture. The next day we went on a tour around the island. We went to the Blue Lagoon which was so beautiful, the water was so blue. We had the most amazing time in Vanuatu.
