My Wonderful boy Romeo is for Sale. Romeo is a Appaloosa cross thoroughbred Gelding. His mother is off the race track and is papered. Father is papered aswell as a sports Appy. Romeo is 6 years old this spring and is 16 hands atleast , if not 162. Long solid legs, and leans towards his mothers looks excpet his fathers app colouring. Romeo is such a sweet boy, and is a peoples horse. He is very loving and always wants to be close. Would rather be a lap dog then a horse Im sure. Due to a new child and going to school and working , I do not the time this boy deserves and needs. Romeo needs a experienced rider, as he has tons of go and is a hot horse and will test the rider and can definitely be a handful at times, but when ridden constantly is wonderful but the longer he sits the brattier he becomes. Romeo has been ridden western and English. Weve gone swimming in the lake, river, long trail rides , done a bit of jumping, done lots of ring work. Romeo lunges, picks up his feet good, loads great, starting to pick up neck reining, can side pass, backs well, stops good, ties great, ponys, goes bareback,good with dogs, can slide off his butt, stand on him, backs out of a trailer, not spooky, good with his head, not cinchy, never has bucked or bolted. Romeo has incredible speed aswell. This boy has a huge heart. Ive worked cows with him just messing around and he did well. He is also great on the highway with trucks and semis. Good with wildlife aswell.Romeo has a fast walk and likes to go new places. I ride him with a hackamore and a tie down but I trained him with a bit. He is the family favourite as he is such a friendly loving horse. He has endless amount of personality. Romeo could go any direction! He is a handful and a blast to ride , and is not the type of horse to sit in a feild , hence the reason to find a lease or to sell. Oh and he knows how to give a hug he is a very fast learner and is up for anything.. Loves swimming in the lake! Ive even jumped off his butt into the lake behind him. Must be a very expirenced rider for him, he is a good horse but has endless go and a appy attitude for sure. and with more miles and time would be a incredible horse. Romeo is very special to me and will only go to a approved home only. Located in Quesnel. Priced at 2500. I have videos apon request!! :)
