My announcement goes like this...I was offered an opportunity too good to pass up to go solely teach for a new fitness studio down the street in Edmond called Zumfit. As most of you already know, Ive taught at Co-Motion Group Fitness & Health Counseling for almost two years now and have become part of a Fitness Family that I am SO BLESSED BY!! It saddens me that there will be a few faces that I wont see anymore, but I am leaving Co-Mo on good terms and working with Kelly & Julie to help make this transition a smooth one. This city is big enough for both places to do well and that is my hope!!! My last day teaching there will be August 9th and then the Grand Opening for Zumfit will be Saturday August 23rd after I get back from Convention. I will be teaching M/T @6:30pm, Th @6pm c Kelsi, and Saturday mornings @9:30. I will also be streaming my classes live from Zumfit and more details on that will come over the next month. I will continue to do my free videos for YouTube as well. So...that is my announcement...sorry so long! Thanks for everyones understanding and support!!! Much love to you all! Lauren
