My assessment of the outcome of the Azadi March : 1) MNS will not resign immediately, but his departure would be linked with the preparations for early elections by end of the year; there would be some changes/ reshuffle in the cabinet; 2) Complete vote audit of at least the 4 NA constituencies, possibly 10, and in case of irrefutable evidence of wrong doing, opening more constituencies for the audit; 3). Parliamentary Committee for Electoral Reforms will be made more robust, with greater participation to PTI and Chairmanship of the Committee also given to PTI; 4). Drastic changes in the electoral system, with more verifiable identity procedure, greater reliance on NIC and NADRA record, possible introduction of electronic voting system; 5). Blue print of the interim set up prior to the early elections 6). Reconstitution of the entire Election Commission and the ROs; possible retribution for ROs involved in wrongdoing; 7). PAT will be isolated from the political reforms process, CM Punjab may be made to step down for independent inquiry of the Model Town fiasco. Lets see what transpires in the next couple of days!
