My baby Chucky has been terribly sick this weekend. Had his ears cleaned and wo teeth pulled friday. $200 Then sunday morning 4 a.m. was hacking and wheezing with labored breathing. Took him to the after hours emergency clinic. Said he had air and yucky bubble foam in his stomach. Gave him something to throw up and sent him home. $220. Went back to er an hour later. Having worse problems breathing with crackling in his chest. X ray showed fluid in his lungs. Put him in an oxygen chsmber and gave him lasix to bring up fluid. Kept him overnight until 6 a.m. this morning. $250. Have to call his vet dr this morning. He will definitely have to have more antibiotics. May have to stay at vet clinic a few days. $?? Hes been poked and prodded everywhere possible. I know he still feels miserable. My poor baby. And Snuggles has been searching the house looking for him the whole time hes been gone. Very restless weekend for all of us. Come on Chuck Chuck you can beat this! Gotta love my 4 legged chidrens.
