My back/bicep workout (Pyramid system was used-- light to heavy weight) I did 15 light weight reps and increased weight with each set. On the fourth set I was at a weight I could perform 6 or fewer FULL reps Wide grip lat pull down 4 sets Seated cable rows 4 sets Assisted wide pull ups 4 sets Dumbbell press (Same weight each time and 4 sets of 15) Bicep curl 35 lbs barbell 4 sets of 12 reps Close/reverse grip pull down Resume 4 sets of the pyramid (light to heavy weight) DONE! :)
