My back injury is improving and isnt as painful- should be able to get back to full speed ahead this week- I am just about able to fully stand straight to my full height- should be able to resume my boat refurbishing project soon- I am chopping at the bit to get the old floor (sole) cut out and see how the fuel tank and stringers look to see what else I need to replace/rebuild- I have all my supplies (at least what I think I need) bought and stored in my workshop- 3 sheets of 1/2 inch marine plywood (for the core laminate of the floors) 10 yards of 6 oz. fiberglass cloth 50 inches wide, 10 yards of 1208 Bixal glass cloth with 3/4 matt 50 inches wide, 2 gallons of cabosil (thickener for making resin glues), 4 gallons of 2 pound density closed-cell, liquid pour-in expanding plastic foam- a dozen clamps of different sizes, air chisel, air wrenchs, 6 inch air grinder, 12 inch air buffer/polisher, box of large plastic disposal gloves, box of dust respirators, 3 XXL tyvex coveralls, new carbide tipped 7 1/2 inch circular saw blade, Sawzall saw, rotary zip tool with dozen bits, HD portable air compressor- shop vacuum, 30 gallon plastic barrel for draining the fuel tank, adjustable shop saw horses and plywood table top for wetout fiberglass lamination work- 50 yards of heavy visqueen clear plastic to prevent epoxy from sticking to wetout table top/ covering laminate and placing heavy weights on top to press laminates together while setting up...as you can tell- I am really wanting to get going on this-
