My beautiful, sweet Blackie...big sweet neighborhood cat that everyone watched out for...Last seen on my driveway Thursday morning when discussing, once again w code enforcement ...he never left 2 block radius.. Affectionate, didnt show up in the evening.... Found in the morning on neighbors drive under car DEAD... Bleeding from everywhere...called to see if animal control would check him out...no they just have him picked up like garbage...my vet was already gone...I filed a report for possible animal abuse...bc if it happens to one of the other cats... Police will investigate...haters... Incidentally these few cats are all spayed/neutered/shots/ear tipped...we participate in feral cat program I cried all day and night...why would anyone hurt the innocent!!!! My son took pics of Blackie and all the evidence...R.I.P. sweet soul :(
