My beautiful wee cat Coco passed away in my arms this morning aged 27yrs old. I chose me for his mum when he was a 6 wk old abused kitten, he was wild, trusted no one, he attacked everyone, I walked in he flew across the room jumped into my arms nuzzling my neck and purring, that was it he became my wee soul mate. The word catitude was invented for him, he battered a vymurana that attacked me, and an Alsatian which growled at me one day, he was funny, courageous crabbit and a very special wee man. The family all got to say goodbye to him last night, at pm he slipped into a coma, I made a bed for him between Robin and I last night, stayed up with him all night , this morning Jim our vet as promised last night came to our house, with his help Coco slept away peacefully in his broken hearted mums arms, carried on the arms of the angels to the rainbow bridge in Heaven. Thank you Kieran for helping Robin to prepare his wee grave last night, he too is in pieces, and to Jim Walker our vet, thank you for your kindness and care for Coco right to the end, and to aunt Shirley,Fiona, Kieran,Matthew & Ethan for coming to say goodbye and to my husband Robin for being my rock. My heart is broken Coco you were my wee soul mate, you will live on in our hearts forever, sleep peacefully precious boy, how will I live without you, in my sickest days you were always by my side comforting me, I hope I brought you the comfort and love you needed in your final hours, you gave me 27yrs of love precious boy xxxx
