My blood pressure has been historically low. So when my GYN annual visit showed it at 186/107, she was alarmed. I called the family doctor, he wanted me to monitor all weekend. If it spiked, go to the ER. It stayed the same and went in today. Still high at 176/98 he started me on Metoprolol Tartrate 25 mg, twice a day. Took one at dinner. BP down to 165/90, heart rate is 79. Keeping track and seeing him again in 30 days. Thank you for listening to me being a kvetch all weekend, Larry, Karen, Carol and Eric. Well , Larry and Eric have to!!
