My breakfast meal (aka; Yuck Whats That) consists of: Oat Flakes, MSM powder, Seeds: (sunflower, pepita, cumin, fenel, sessame, chia, buckwheat) and wheat germ, almond flakes, tumeric, cinnamon, ginger powder, spirolina, garlic flakes, neutritional yeast flakes and crushed wakame (seaweed). It is the spirolina that makes it green and the Yuk whats that? reaction at the table. It is good for 26.2 miles a bowl! and it keeps cancer and heart disease away.
