My brother Jim Kirwin passed away today peacefully in Manchester NH at the age of 70 after a brief hospitalization. He is leaves his beloved wife of 45 years Dorothy Cox, his children Patricia, Andy and Kathleen and much loved grandchildren Mollie and Sam. He was born in Lowell the second child of Jim and Marie Kirwin. He is also survived by his brother Bill and sisters Marie, Agnes and Patti as well his brothers-in-law Bill, Tom and Frank and sister-in-law Virginia, his Uncle James Deignan as well as his many nieces and nephews, and many Kirwin/Deignan cousins and the Cox family of Nova Scotia. Jim was a good man of faith and family, educated at the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Conception schools, Keith Academy- Class of 1962 and St. Marys University in Halifax, NS. He was a retired elementary school teacher, a genealogist, the family historian and was interested in cemetery history. He was loved and will be missed - losing him so soon after my mother is very difficult. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated. He will be buried from the McDonough Funeral Home in Lowell MA - arrangement are pending.
