My brother in law whose house in the state of emergency zone has been serially robbed in the last few months went back today to get his last remaining things. They stole his gate yesterdayish...(neighbor let me know by facebook). He was looking around and discovered some personal effects left behind by the thieves. Then while talking to a neighbor down the block noticed vehicles parked in front of the house. They left quickly as he drove closer and the truck and car fit descriptions of the thieves vehicle as described by said neighbor. He got both license plates.
