My *burning passion* lies in the field of humanistic, experiential astrology - and what I am now calling astrophenomenology - in which astrology is seen as a precise tool for awakening, deepening, and expanding self-awareness to include all of humanity. It is a consciousness-based science centered on the human being that is focused on not only the one-directional, mechanistic influence of the cosmos on the individual but also focused on understanding and building an empirical framework for astrology from the ground up, one that is founded on scientific rigor, descriptive phenomenological research, and the real-life, lived experiences of people in every realm of human experience.
