Prayers, well wishes, positive thoughts for my peeps to get their HOME. (see below) For the past 10 months Ive been deployed. Ive been sleeping in a wrack smaller then a twin mattress and Im no small guy Im 67. My 2nd daughter will be 3 months old on the 24th. I just met her for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I missed her birth. I missed my wifes pregnancy. I missed my first child grow. I missed so much and Ill never be able to get those things back. Ill never be able to have those memories. My wife had to do it all on her own. And though Im grateful Im heartbroken. And now its my turn. Ill be on shore duty where I will be undeployable. Ill get to come home every day. Ill be able to make up for time lost and make new memories. This home is incredible. I can just picture charting my girls heights on the door frames. Doing manly things in the backyard, I can picture growing old with my wife in this house. I want this more for them then me, I especially want it for my oldest. Shes the one who deserve this house the most. Shes not even two yet and has had multiple open heart surgeries the first at 6 days old and the 2nd at 9 months old. At her most recent appointment with her heart doctor they told us we dont need to come back for a year. She got a whole year off. It truly is a miracle. But she will need more surgeries in the future. Shes growing and thriving. And no place feels more like home then this house. I want to watch my family grow here. I want Christmases and Easters and birthdays here. Please consider us for this home. We will love it more than you could imagine. Sincerely
