My cat Aahz died yesterday. I was awake with him most of the night before. He couldnt even sleep because if he lay down to do so, he couldnt breathe. I watch his head just drop from sheer sleepiness, and each time it happened, his breathing slowed and at that point I simply wanted him to go ahead and let go. But hed jerk his head back up and wed go through it again. He fought so hard, moving from one side of me to the other, on the pillows, off the pillows..... Then yesterday morning he had a seizure. I didnt even get dressed, but put my coat on over my pajamas, put on my Uggs and left to help him end his pain and suffering. But I cant take him to the crematorium right now, because I dont have the $125.00 to do so. so hes wrapped up in a blanket in a plastic bag in the bottom of the freezer until I can take him there. The little cat (5 pound bully) Bella, spend the day looking for him, and last night. Me, Ive cried a lot and had a headache for the last 2 says. (yesterday and today.)
