My class this morning focused on the shoulder; how to engage the muscles of the shoulder for strength, stability, and safety. Upper right hand corner of the video shows s 3/4 shot of the posterior shoulder and 3 of the muscles of the rotator cuff. I took my work home with me as usual and practiced what I preached while working on handstand again. Yes I sing when I practice otherwise I get stuck in my head and overthink everything. Its my way of letting go and trusting my body to do what it needs to do in the asana. My hang time is much better than it once was, but every time I try to bring my left leg completely in line with my right I start walking!
