My daughter turned in an assignment for English. It was neatly written, on clean paper, it was on time. She received half credit. Why? Because she wrote it out by hand instead of sending it over the internet. We currently dont have internet in the house, she explained that to this teacher, and still only received half credit. How does she deserve half credit when it took more effort to write it out and remember to bring it and turn it in? Or is it half credit because we dont have internet? When did turning in a hand written English paper become something your punished for? This school confuses me....
