My day went something like this: Let me set it up for you, ok? - TopicsExpress

My day went something like this: Let me set it up for you, ok? This will be a bit long and worded, but it was just the first part of my day. Bare with me. Anyone who knows me, knows that I HATE driving. Terry noticed last weekend that my oil had not been changed since Sept. 2012, remember? Well....every day this week all I heard was, Dar, did you take your car in? You really need to get the oil changed. I mean EVERY F*****G DAY! I didnt get any sleep last night because of the intense lightening and checking on a Jelly every 30 minutes. I woke up (4 hours of sleep) with tummy troubles (both ends) and a low grade fever. Jelly wanted in and out in and out all morning. Then she wanted to play. Um, no Jelly. Not now. Followed me everywhere! I finally, got up, dressed and went to get the oil changed. I leave the house and it starts drizzling. Not heavy just enough to mess up the roads and my windshield. Get there and they are busy. The service guy comes to my car and I tell him, I need an oil change cuz it hadnt been done since 2012. He looks at my stickers and tells me my inspection sticker expired in April 2013. Terry didnt notice that. I say go ahead and inspect it too. During the week I changed purses and could not find my insurance papers. I go to put on my glasses (I am blind without them!) Yeah, left them at home. I find the insurance card and go inside the teeny tiny waiting room. No seats. Mind you that I have tummy troubles! I go outside to the covered patio and the rain gets heavier. The wind is blowing mist all over me. Now, Im cold and squeezing my ass cheeks together so tightly a fart could not have gotten through there! Here comes Mr. Serviceman to tell me that my oil is clean. I have 2,000 miles yet. Remember, I dont drive hardly ever. They change the oil anyway, WTH, I was already there, right? Go inside to pay and a gnat flies in my eye! Like I already couldnt see without glasses! Trying to sign my name was a joke! Now, Im pissed, wet, cold, cant see and have to :poop: like nobodys business. I barely made it home without......well, you know. And that was just my late morning/early afternoon. I did take a very long nap and ate some soup. Bad bad bad afternoon.
